ABILIFY LAWSUITS FILED ON JULY 25, 2016

One lawsuit filed on July 25, 2016, in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, states that the European Medicines Agency required Otsuka to warn patients and the medical community in Europe that the use of Abilify includes the risk of pathological gambling.
